Self-Catering Apartments in Cork City
Our self-catering apartments offer the perfect balance of comfort and independence. With access to a shared living area and a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare and enjoy your own meals, giving you the flexibility to dine on your schedule. This option not only provides a homely atmosphere but also helps keep costs down, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a more economical and flexible living arrangement during their stay in Cork.
Included Amenities
Utility bills are covered, and you’ll have access to a TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity. Additionally, a duvet and a set of bed linen are provided.
Booking Requirements
Arrival Days: Check-in is available on Saturdays or Sundays only, providing flexibility to arrive over the weekend.
Self Check-In: Enjoy flexible check-in times with a key box available, allowing you to check in at your convenience.
Minimum Booking: 2 weeks minimum is required, though we strongly recommend booking at least 4 weeks to allow ample time for settling in and adjusting to your new surroundings.

Proximity to School: The accommodation is conveniently located within a 15-minute walking distance from the school. The exact location of the house is assigned upon booking, but you can view sample houses and rooms here: Viva Ireland
Room Types
Single Room: A private room for one guest.
Twin Room: A twin room shared apartment can accommodate one student booking a single bed, or two students traveling together can book the entire room.
Double Room: This room is exclusively for couples traveling together.

Security Deposit
Viva Ireland will send you an email on your check-in date which will contain a link to complete a security deposit authorization by card. No fees will be deducted from the card if you have left the accommodation as you found it.
